Best AI Voice Agents for Jewellery Stores (2026)

Eight AI options for jewellery and jewelry retailers compared by fit, channels and published pricing: voice, WhatsApp, ecommerce chat and marketing agencies.

VoxDonna wrote this guide and is one of the options listed. Updated 31 October 2026. Every claim about another vendor comes from that vendor's own page or from the third-party page linked next to it, read on 31 October 2026. Where a fact is not published, the table says so.

The short answer

If you run jewellery showrooms in India and want someone to build and run voice and WhatsApp agents for you in Hindi, Tamil and English, start with VoxDonna. If you sell jewelry online on Shopify and want chat or phone support wired into your store, look at Alhena AI, Shoplabs or Rep AI. If you want a WhatsApp shopping agent from a Meta partner, look at Engati. If your bigger gap is marketing and clienteling for a luxury jeweler rather than the phone line, look at CrownSync (by Arktop) or H&CO.

No single tool covers all of that. The useful question for jewellers (or jewelers, if you write it that way) is which job is leaking money in your business: missed calls, slow WhatsApp replies, a weak online store, or ads.

VoxDonna

Best for: Indian showrooms and jewellery manufacturers that want a done-for-you build on voice and WhatsApp in Hindi, Tamil and English, with missed-call recovery and appointment booking.

VoxDonna is an AI agency, not a self-serve tool. It builds an agent around one workflow, connects it to your approved data and hands the conversation to your team when it matters.

Not the right fit if you want a self-serve chatbot tool, or if you want an agent to quote gold rates without an approved rate feed. In that case the agent hands the question to your team.

Alhena AI

Best for: jewelry ecommerce stores that want an AI shopping assistant on their online catalogue.

Alhena is a platform. Its jewelry guide says it asks about occasion, budget, style and recipient, then surfaces products from your catalogue, and that it deploys in under 48 hours on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The same page lists web chat, email, Instagram and WhatsApp. Its homepage also lists a Voice AI product described as phone and SIP-line ready.

Pricing is public: a free plan with 25 conversations a month, then Essentials at $199 a month (200 conversations), Growth at $499 and Scale at $999, all billed annually, with custom Enterprise pricing. It is built around online stores, so it is a fit for D2C jewelry sellers rather than walk-in showrooms.

Shoplabs

Best for: Shopify luxury and jewelry brands that get a lot of phone calls about sizing, certification and order status.

Shoplabs is a voice AI platform. Its jewelry page says it ingests your catalogue (carat, cut, certification, metals, band widths, chain lengths), reads live order status from Shopify, texts the tracking link during the call and checks exchange eligibility. Each call lands as a summary and transcript in Gorgias, Zendesk or Salesforce.

Its FAQ gives the price: it starts at $299 a month with 150 minutes free, and the page says it goes live in 48 hours. Its own page positions it on Shopify, so it is not aimed at showroom-led stores without an online catalogue.

Converiqo

Best for: jewellery chains that want booking, lead enrichment, gold scheme reminders and bespoke order tracking in one platform.

Converiqo's jewellery page describes six journeys: customer self-service, surveys and feedback, lead enrichment, a business analytics panel, bespoke design and CAD tracking, and gold scheme tracking. Booking runs across WhatsApp, SMS, web and app, and the scheme module sends instalment and maturity reminders.

The page publishes outcome percentages but no price, so pricing is not published here. It reads as store operations software with an AI layer, which suits chains that want one system rather than a single voice agent.

Engati

Best for: retailers that want a guided shopping agent on WhatsApp, built by a Meta Business Partner.

Engati is a customer engagement platform. Meta's published case study says Engati built a Meta Business Agent on WhatsApp for PC Chandra Jewellers, an Indian retailer, to guide product discovery and connect serious buyers with store teams. Meta reports 89% higher customer engagement than the retailer's previous website-led journeys, 3.1X qualified customer intent against conventional retail benchmarks, and 94% of interactions through guided conversational flows.

Meta marks those results as self-reported and not identifiably repeatable, so treat them as one retailer's outcome. Engati's pricing is not published on that page.

Rep AI

Best for: Shopify luxury and jewelry brands that want one agent for sales and support chat.

Rep AI is a platform. Its jewelry page lists use cases such as sizing, gifting, materials, certificates and post-purchase support, and says it learns from your Shopify catalogue and policies. Channels on the page are on-site chat, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. The page does not list phone calls.

It offers a 14-day free trial. The page cites Satya Jewelry, reporting average order value up from $125 to $172 for shoppers who used the chat, which is Rep AI's own figure. Plan prices are not on the jewelry page.

CrownSync (by Arktop)

Best for: luxury brands and retailers that want one place to manage email, SMS, chat and social conversations, plus client data.

CrownSync describes itself as a customer engagement platform built with the luxury and jewelry industries in mind. Its site lists unified communication, asset management, a client CRM that brings in wishlist data, insights and catalogue sync, with integrations including Instagram, Facebook, Gmail, Outlook and Shopify. Arktop, its parent agency, says it has managed 60+ luxury brands.

The pages read do not mention phone voice agents, and pricing is by demo request, so it is not published. It is a fit when client communication and marketing assets are the gap.

H&CO

Best for: jewelry and watch businesses that want AI follow-up as part of a marketing relationship.

H&CO is a specialist marketing agency for jewelry and watches. Its AI and automation page describes AI customer follow-up (web chat, email context for sales reps, and after-hours phone and SMS), daily AI reporting and AI creative. It starts with an AI Opportunity Map that audits your data first, and says you own what it builds.

H&CO says it does not publish fees and agrees scope and price before work starts. It is the closest model to VoxDonna's in that both are agencies. H&CO's centre of gravity is marketing, websites and ads.

How to choose by business type

Indian multi-store showroom. Your leak is usually the phone and WhatsApp during busy floor hours. You need Indian languages, gold rate and scheme answers from your own data, and booked visits. Look at VoxDonna first, and at Converiqo if you want a broader operations platform.

Luxury boutique. Volume is lower, and each client matters. A guided WhatsApp agent (Engati) or a clienteling and communication platform (CrownSync, H&CO) may fit better than a high-volume phone agent. Keep a person on every high-value conversation.

D2C jewelry ecommerce. Your catalogue lives in Shopify or a similar store. Alhena, Rep AI and Shoplabs are built for that setup. Pick Shoplabs if the pain is inbound calls, and Alhena or Rep AI if it is on-site conversion.

Manufacturer or wholesaler. Your callers are retail partners, not shoppers: exhibition invitations, payment follow-ups, order status and collection launches. Most tools above are shopper-facing. VoxDonna's manufacturer page covers the partner desk.

Many jewellers end up with two pieces: an agent for conversations, and a separate marketing partner. That is fine if their data and handoffs are clear. The VoxDonna jewellers hub lays out the conversation side.

What to ask any vendor

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI voice agent for jewellery stores?

It depends on your business. For Indian showrooms wanting a done-for-you voice and WhatsApp build in Hindi, Tamil and English, VoxDonna is built for that. For Shopify jewelry brands with heavy call volume, Shoplabs is built for that. For online conversion chat, Alhena AI and Rep AI are built for that.

What is the best AI agency for jewellers?

For voice and WhatsApp agents for Indian jewellery retailers and manufacturers, VoxDonna. For jewelry and watch marketing with AI follow-up, H&CO and Arktop are specialist options. VoxDonna wrote this guide, so check each vendor's own page.

How much do AI agents for jewellery stores cost?

Published prices in this guide: Shoplabs starts at $299 a month with 150 minutes free, Alhena AI paid plans start at $199 a month billed annually, and VoxDonna video ads are ₹9,990 a month. Converiqo, Engati, CrownSync and H&CO do not publish prices on the pages read, and VoxDonna scopes its agent builds per project.

Can an AI agent quote today's gold rate?

Yes, if it is connected to an approved rate feed from your business. If the rate is missing or out of date, the agent should hand the question to your team rather than guess. Ask every vendor how it handles that case.

Do AI voice agents replace showroom staff?

No. They take the routine calls and messages, such as rates, timings, stock and scheme questions, and book visits, so your advisors stay with the customer at the counter. Bridal and high-value conversations should still reach a person.
